Shipping for the UK is a flat rate.
Standard (3-5 working days) is £2.5, and free for orders over £30.
Priority (1-2 working days) is £5.
There are two speeds of international shipping
Standard (1-3 weeks) is from £7.5 for the smaller tools, £10 for the Foot Trimming Tool, and scales with order weight from £17.5-£30 for pottery.
Priority (2-3 days) starts from £25 and scales with order weight.
International Standard delivery speed is affected in some countries. For the latest updates please check this Royal Mail page for information specific to your country.
I typically use Royal Mail for the Standard option and FedEx for the Priority. In both cases the delivery times are estimates and can vary.
These will vary from country to country, and have recently changed due to Brexit. If you’re placing an international order, please check the current situation first. Any fees will generally need to be paid by the recipient before the couriers can deliver, and non-payment will result in the package being returned (or sometimes even destroyed). In this case I’ll contact you to sort out a resolution, but you would be responsible for any additional costs caused by non-payment. I’m sorry for the added inconvenience and I hope the chaos caused by Brexit is resolved soon.

Please do this within 7 working days of delivery. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach me, so I suggest using a tracked/signed delivery method.
If you return an item to me that is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is my fault, I will also pay you the cost of the return postage.
Please note goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable unless faulty.
If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address then there would be a second shipping fee to send it out again, unless the address error was my mistake. If you’d prefer a refund then the refund would be for the order value minus actual P&P costs.
